Give the Gift that Keeps on Giving! K-SEC non-profit stock is similar to Savings Bonds. K-SEC is a non-governmental organization that allows market transformation goverment cannot.
BI-PV Solar Architecture is happening around the world. Order your free copy of Sun & Wind Energy Magazine out of Germany.
The K-SEC Model increases Homeland Security & Emergency Preparedness + Environmental Integrity while assuring peak air conditioning demand reliability. BI-PV Solar provides consumer relief from market power challenges.
For you ... for your children. . . for your parents . . . and for your friends we suggest $10 to $500 stock certificates. A great gift into the future.... for loved ones ...to evolve solar energy in the present!
Your Non-Profit Stock Investments and Donations allow K-SEC to assure BI-PV Solar Architecture in and for the USA evolves in this century to protect Americans and "Earth's 21 MILES OF PARADISE" ...the world's delicate life support atmosphere.
Research scientists have announced their discovery of Gliese 181G which is the only planet in numerous galaxies that appears to have an atmosphere that can support human life like the Earth. Certainly, the unique and rare nature of Earth's atmostphere are worthy of serious and consequential attention by everyone!
President Bush installed solar on the White House in 2002 for security after 9/11/2001. Every American deserves at least 10% BI-PV Solar Security. Energy reliability and global competition are more reasons to be actively involved! Read 4-page letter from Kansas Securities Commission explaining Non-Profit Stock.
KANSAS SECURITIES COMMISSION letter to K-SEC in 2008 explaining how non-profit stock investments are different and related rules:
~ Page One
~ Page Two
~ Page Three
Investors are not allowed to make a profit on non-profit stocks like K-SEC shares ~ it is like a No-Interest Loan. When K-SEC becomes vested ~ K-SEC Stock will aquire its $10 a Share Value. Non-Profit Stock allows The K-SEC Model to accelerate BI-PV Solar ElectriCity Awareness & Momentum in the USA, today!
K-SEC will become vested when we have our $50 million in bond financing approved with ratepayer revenue backing. Then, you may sell your shares back to K-SEC or transfer them to others. Non-profit stock is the donation that pays you back when your charitable non-profit investment achieves milestone goals. K-SEC is vested ---when our net worth is more than the value of outstanding stock and obligations. You may return, transfer or sell your shares at the original $10 value to recoup your investment in K-SEC stock.
K-SEC Limits Stock Investments to 1,000 shares or $10,000 per person or entity. This reduces Market Power control. Market Power monopolies and related industry control is a primary barrier to energy industry transformation. Multiple non-profit K-SEC stock investors translate to BI-PV Solar Power accessibility! Letters of endorsement are also valuable forms of support! Although Kansas legislature passed Concurrent House Resolution 5027 for solar, KS Rep. Tom Sloan removed any mention of K-SEC or its founder.

INVESTMENT TIP FROM
GEORGE OF THE JUNGLE
BI-PV SOLAR ARCHITECTURE
TO BECOME ACCESSIBLE WE MUST
CREATE NON-PROFIT
TECHNOLOGY MOMENTUM
George loves surfing and had a great time hanging $10x10 in 2010 at KU for the Kansas Solar Electric Co~ops.
HOW?
SUPPLY & DEMAND ECONOMICS measures only EXISTING MOMENTUM
ECONOMICS 101
Does it cost more per widget to produce five widgets or to manufacture five million widgets?
What we spend money to produce on a large scale creates market demand.
Today, energy regulators allow testimony insisting PV Solar is more expensive than coal where testimony is based on the present cost of production with no market penetration ratios. If solar at less than 1% of the market is competitive with coal at 60% of the national market and 80% of the Kansas market, which technology costs less to produce and use on mass level?
2010
Coal = 80% of Kansas electric market
BI-PV Solar = .0001% of KS market
At the above market penetration status If coal at 80% of the wholesale market is 3 cents KWh and BI-PV Solar at 0.0001% is 5 cents KWh on the wholesale market; which technology is more economic to produce/use?
This valuation does not include the Externality Costs of coal or the Externality Benefits of BI-PV Solar.
Today there is only 500 MWp Solar Capacity installed in the United States.
The K-SEC Model will install twice that or 1,000 MWp BI-PV Solar in Kansas by 2024. First $250,000 is hardest to raise. We need your $10, today!
Time keeps on slippin' in to the future...
The German States have 3.5 GWp Installed Solar PV Electric Capacity today. It is seven times the 500 MWp total Installed Solar PV Electric Capacity in the United States.
Solar Round Table March 3, 2009 Kansas Corporation Commission[KCC] . Support K-SEC's work as expert witness in energy agency decision-making proceedings.
2011 BUDGET
$250,000
K-SEC will complete pre-Phase I Demonstration tasks and initiate Kansas Corporation Commission [KCC] proceeding to facilitate $50 Million in ratepayer revenue backing. This is how remote-site power plants are financed in today's marketplace.
The K-SEC Model
Phase I 10,000 SF Demonstration BI-PV Solar in every Kansas County by 2014
Phase II Foundation 1.000 MWp BI-PV Solar in Kansas by 2024 $3B
Increase Homeland Security and Emergency Preparedness while protecting Earth's atmosphere!
=2,000 Green Energy jobs in KS.
See K-SEC Annual Report 2009.
Phase III 2014 to 2074 Manage+Monitor+Maintain 1,000 MWp BI-PV Solar for fifty years
Manage all aspects of 1,000 MWp BI-PV Solar Capacity while we evolve largest BI-PV Solar Architecture R&D Program in world history. What is there to lose?
Growing tensions globally will be reduced instead of accelerated.
National Autonomy and Soverignty evolve transformative thinking and progressive peacful existence.
Present installed capacity for PV in the United States is only 500 MWp total. K-SEC will install 1,000 MWp BI-PV Solar in Kansas by 2024.
K-SEC Phase III Manage $500 MM Monitor + Maintain 1,010.5 MWp
K-SEC ... safest experiment in the energy industry, today!
WHAT HAPPENS NEXT?
K-SEC's Phase I Demonstration will train and certify local contractors to install BI-PV Solar Roofing Materials.
K-SEC will naturally increase the potential for educational programs in BI-PV Solar Technology. K-SEC will establish a model of local expertise that numerous states and nations will naturally want to adopt.
Eileen M. Smith, M.Arch. is an experienced speaker who has provided presentations at a variety of conferences and events around the world. Invite her to speak at your next event about The K-SEC Model.
Founder of K-SEC coined the term externality benefits in her technical paper published in the Technical Digest of the 9th PV Science and Engineering Conference in Japan 1996.

"WHAT ABOUT BI-PV PAYBACK?
BI-PV Solar Roofing is comparable in cost to quality exterior roofing skin, plus it generates electricity.
Payback is added value to owner that will far surpass costs of generation. Most components of PV Solar System can be recycled."
